Josh and I were at the table tonight after dinner, and Pepper, no, sorry, Batgirl came to tell us, “Hi. I’m Batgirl. There are bad guys There are bad guys all over three world and some are coming here. You should go to your house, because they don’t know where you live.”

The logic was sound enough for Cora who joined the game. I checked on them later and saw the batman mask discarded on the floor and asked Pepper if she’d seen Batgirl. She giggled like she was keeping the biggest secret ever.

Cora told me about her character- she was Mysterious Butterfly Girl. She was originally a butterfly egg, but the mother butterfly accidentally laid the egg on the side of a rainbow. The whole rainbow was slowly absorbed into the egg, making it grow and of course, giving the now butterfly girl inside, magic powers.

She hatched the equivalent of a toddler girl and was alone. Butterflies all around knew she had to be led to humans so a swarm of them gathered and the whole kaleidoscope  (I had to look that one up for her) led her to a nearby house where a nice woman took her in and raised her, keeping her magic powers secret.
Awesome story kiddo!! My only question is if she was thinking Marvel or DC…
