Today is a snow day. Schools are closed. The city of Boston is closed. Work INSISTS I stay in my pajamas today (I may have made that one up). 

So I’m looking through timehop and seeing today has been a snow day pretty historically.

2 years ago today,  I posted these gems. Pepper was just days from turning 3 and already had her comedic timing DOWN. 
Feb 9, 2015:

3 funny snow day(s) Pepper’isms:
1) I was watching tv and someone pulled out a coin.  “Hey!!” She said, transfixed.  “WE have that moneys too!”
2) At dinner: Me- “Pepper, please use your fork.

” Her: “I aammm! I not using my hands!” As she shoves broccoli in her mouth, double fisted. 
3) I hear her banging around upstairs, then, “Mom! Momma! MOMMA!” with panic. 

“Pepper, what’s wrong??” 

“Momma, help me!! It’s heavy” she has dragged her kitchen play thing out of her bedroom and it’s at the top of the stairs. 

“Pepper, what are you doing?”

 “I can’t get it! It’s too heavy” She was still whiney and impatient and dancing around. 

“OK honey, we can help, but… why do you want that down stairs?”
She paused like she honestly hadn’t even thought about that, just said, “Oh.” and went back in her room to play.
